Vegetable Curry -
An easy to make, delightfully quick coconut based curry.
Ingredients:
Water, Tomato Paste, Canola Oil, Fat Free Yogurt, Coconut, Onion, Mixed Spices, Lemon Juice, Vegetable Base, Salt, Garlic Puree, Ginger Puree, Cilantro, Xanthan Gum.
Recipe:
- Pour the sauce in the sautŽ pan/microwave safe container and heat.
- Add 11/2 lbs. boiled mixed vegetables/tofu/paneer.
- Cook for 4 minutes. Serve with Nan or pita bread.
